Join Creative Cape Town, Cape Town Design Network and VISI for “Meet the Makers,” a special sneak peek into the inner workings of some of Cape Town’s most dynamic design studios. A select group of innovative Cape Town designers will host exclusive tours of their studios.
During “Meet the Makers”, attendees will have the opportunity to see work in progress and intimately view the environment in which Cape Town designers produce original, thought-provoking creations. This is the perfect opportunity for those interested in design to learn about the different designers, their methodologies and studio culture. Attendees will also receive a fabulous goodie bag courtesy of VISI.
Product and furniture designer Liam Mooney will welcome attendees of “Meet the Makers” to his expertly styled studio, recently re-located from Woodstock. In this elegant setting, participants will have the opportunity to view Liam’s bespoke furniture creations and hear a bit about what makes this young, modern thinking designer tick creatively.
